Being a Communications major, I have taken many classes such as video production classes, art classes, marketing classes and even management information systems classes. I have experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. All of these programs have allowed me to bring my creative ideas to light. I am also experienced in website design and social media managing.

  • This is a website that my partner and I built for the client, Laurel Brown. We created this website from scratch and designed it the way that our client requested.

CORE Newsletter – April Edition

  • This spring I was offered a Social Media Internship with the Susan Hirt Hagen CORE Organization on Behrend’s campus. CORE had never had an official newsletter before, so I wanted to give them something new. I created this newsletter for CORE from scratch and it was shared over all social media platforms this April.

Beats Advertisement

  • I created this advertisement in an Advanced Graphic Design course this spring. Our challenge was to find a product that we owned and we had to advertise for it by taking a creative picture and creating the logo from the original brand’s logo.

CORE Brochure

  • This is a brochure that has a basic overview of CORE. This is a piece of information that I created so that CORE could hand them out at their open house for people to understand CORE a little better.

  • For this video project, I worked along side three other students and we had to travel to various sites to film the Erie County Technical School students as they worked on their projects. In the end, we created this video for Erie Arts & Culture to use on their social media and for advertisement.

Soundest Sleep Monitor Invention Paper

  • In my Marketing class, we were challenged to create a product that we would like to see be added to the market. We chose an advanced baby monitor and completed a paper on it discussing the product, where we would sell it, who our target market is, etc. (This product was not made; we were just assigned the task of coming up with an idea that could possibly be made one day.)

Summer 2016 YMCA Newsletter 

  • This newsletter is one of two that I created all by myself this past summer for my Marketing and Communications Internship with the Valley Points Family YMCA.

The Impact of Technology

  • This research paper was completed in my CAS 204 Research Methods course in 2015. I researched the impact and effect that technology, specifically cellphones has on young children. I went out and collected data during this paper to support some of my research.
